This year marks a major renewal of the driving forces behind the Association à la Recherche d’un Folklore Imaginaire.

Barbara Ribeiro will be going on maternity leave this summer and will then step down from her role as administrator after nearly four years of dedicated involvement with the collective. We are deeply grateful for her commitment and invaluable support!

Lennaïck Clavel will take over in August. She previously worked as Head of Production and Touring at Compagnie Käfig and spent six years as administrator of L’Arbre Canapas. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team!

Meanwhile, the ARFI collective is pleased to welcome eight new members as of early 2025—each bringing fresh energy, new voices, and sounds that will help shape new artistic journeys:

• Félix Gibert (trombone, sousaphone, tuba)
• Jessica Jargot (theatre performance)
• Pauline Laurendeau (theatre performance)
• Thibaut Martin (drums)
• Emmanuelle Saby (bass clarinet, flute, guitar)
• Serge Sana (percussion, keyboards)

Finally, Géraldine Graindorge, former project coordinator at ARFI, is joining the association’s board for a three-year term, alongside Michel Gillot and Renaud Paulet.
