Jessica is an actor—but she can also be quite handy behind a flute, a keyboard, or an electric guitar (though only for the solos, in that case).
Though perfectly capable of swallowing pages of text, as her profession often demands, her personal focus lies more in physical presence and taking risks. How can one become Belle du Seigneur, Le Cheval Malabar, a 16-bit video game character, or a velociraptor—before even uttering a single word or cry? (The first three are already in her repertoire. She's still waiting for a director to offer her the fourth as the role of a lifetime.)
After training at the Lyon Conservatory, she has performed with La Meute, Le Théâtre Oblique, Les Montures du Temps, Le Vieux Singe, La Fabrique des Petites Utopies, and many more—no less important, of course—but we’ll stop there, because it’s nearly 6 p.m. somewhere in the world.
At ARFI, Jessica unflinchingly takes on 17 roles in La Ferme des Animaux, and will speak with spirits in the upcoming creation Héka.
